Frank Joseph Quinlan Jr

Frank J. Quinlan Junior went to school in Davenport. On graduation he joined the Army and trained as a general vehicle repairman. He arrived in Vietnam September 1969 and joined the 57th Transportation Company, 1st Logistical Command based in Thua Thien. Specialist 5th Class Quinlan was killed during a rocket attack on his base camp. He was buried in the Davenport Memorial Cemetery.
