Larry A Moore

Larry A. Moore of Marion was a graduate 1958 of Marion High School. He entered into the Air Force and began his tour in Southeast Asia in June 1967. CAPT Moore was killed about six months later when his plane crashed in Thailand on December 6, 1967. A funeral service was held at St. Patrick’s Church in St. Charles, IL. His body was buried at the USAF Academy Cemetery in Colorado Springs, CO. He left behind his wife and 2 daughters.
