Biography:
William Logan was from Council Bluffs but made the U.S. Navy his home. In 1970 he was assigned to the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5 in Binh Tuy Province. Chief Petty Officer Logan was a utilities line man. His death was due to non-hostile factors. He was buried in Conejo Mountain Memorial Park in Camarillo, California.
